Most non-collision dents can be repaired with paintless dent repair, however there are some situations that can interfere. Dents that are on the edge of the panel may not be able to be repaired. Some panel edges are seamed together with another sheet of metal making it impossible to gain access. If the paint is cracked or damaged, a complete repair is not possible using the PDR method

PDR (Paintless Dent Repair) is performed by accessing the backside of the panel and meticulously massaging the back of the damage with special rods and tools. A tennis ball sized dent can sometimes take over a hundred small pushes to repair the dent. Special lights are used to see the details of the damage. The dents do not just “pop” out and there is no dry ice or suction used in the repair process. PDR is a specialty trade that can take years to master.

The method of PDR gives you the best possible way to make the dents disappear almost as if it were never there in the first place. That’s quality. Moreover, it is beneficial to the environment given that we do not use fillers, primers or paint which is harmful to the ecosystem because your original factory paint is not disturbed. Cost of repair is also to your advantage when done by PDR. Normally it costs one third of traditional auto body repair. Another benefit of choosing PDR is that it saves time. A body shop will take at minimum 2-4 days or longer to repair while we can fix the same dent in less than one hour.

If there is existing paint damage prior to removing to the dent, the repair will only fix the dent. The dent will look flawless, but the paint might show minor imperfections. Factory finish is flexible; if your finish is uncompromised prior to dent removal it will remain unaffected! That is the beauty of PDR (Paintless Dent Repair).
